He has over 20 years experience crafting and executing strategy for leading brands including American Express, Bank of America, Bloomberg, Chase, Citi, Comcast, Deloitte, Dell, First Investors, Foresters, GE, Intel, Kantar, Mastercard, Sungard and Visa. His experience also extends to programs for San Francisco Opera and Carnegie Hall.

Mark was previously a strategist and writer at Arnell Group in New York City where he helped revitalise brands including Banana Republic, Dreamworks and Samsung. He has a degree in anthropology from Wesleyan University.
