GREG QUINTON

EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Greg is responsible for The Partners’ creative reputation and the quality of our work across London, New York and Singapore.

Over the last 25 years, he has contributed significantly to our reputation for creative excellence, winning well over 100 awards including one black and four yellow D&AD pencils, Gold Lions at Cannes Festival of Creativity, Clio, New York Art Directors Club and Design Week, and the Grand Prix at both the DBA Design Effectiveness and the New York Festivals awards. His work has spanned a wide variety of clients including AirAsia, Vodafone, HSBC, Jaguar, The Connaught and The National Gallery.

Greg is actively involved in design education, supporting, speaking and trying to help his four frustrated kids. He was D&AD chair of Education for two terms and has recently rejoined the D&AD Executive board. He also loves judging and regularly gets involved in international awards.

He is the co-author, alongside the writer Nick Asbury, of the second edition of “A Smile in the Mind: Witty thinking in graphic design”, published by Phaidon Press, Spring 2016. An authority on graphic design, the book analyses the intricate thought processes behind the apparently forward thinking images and explores so-called 'witty thinking', playfulness with ideas, words playing against images, and unexpected connections prompting new insights.
