Andi Davids


Andi joined The Partners as Senior Strategist in 2017, bringing over 15 years of experience leading marketing and brand programmes in a variety of sectors including professional services, FMCG, technology, charity, and culture.

Before joining our London studio, Andi worked as the Head of Brand for the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, leading The Partners' global rebrand of the iconic organisation. 

California-born Andi has lived and worked in San Francisco, Paris and Amsterdam, and led projects in China, Morocco, and recently Saint Lucia where she was based as a consultant for the UN, developing a country-of-origin brand for its export portfolio. Andi also managed the marketing and creative team at Mencap, a UK charity for people with a learning disability; and developed brand marketing for The Queen’s Nursing Institute.

Before joining the world of brand strategy, Andi also used to lecture on topics of semiotics, promotional culture, psychology of communications, consumer behaviour and marketing strategy for Goldsmiths, Oxford Brookes University, the London School of Marketing and Utrecht University. 

Her endlessly curious nature is probably best summed up, however, by three eclectic facts:

She started out as an Astrophysics major before switching courses to communications.

She is a self-proclaimed expert in balloon animal construction. 

And in 1988, she became the California State Champion for ten-pin bowling.
