The Partners worked with the London Craft Week Chairman, Guy Salter, and the event’s sponsor Vacheron Constantine on creating a brand to redefine the role of craft on a global stage.

 

 

LONDON CRAFT WEEK

London Craft Week is an annual event that celebrates the artistic flair and exceptional skills of British and international craftsmanship. Launched in May 2015 with over 50 exhibitions, masterclasses and events taking place all over London, the event brought together exceptional artistic talent to showcase British craftsmanship through a journey of discovery, featuring live demonstrations, talks and workshops from celebrated and lesser known makers, and celebrations hosted by London galleries, luxury brands and artists’ studios

 
 

To embrace the diversity of the British and international craft, we observed and talked to numerous craftsmen: from silversmiths, stonecutters and jewellers to milliners, glass workers, weavers, sculptors and perfumers. We created a brand identity centred on the talent of the maker with detailed shots of makers and their craft combined with pared back typography, to give the brand a subtle presence.
