‘TAKE THE LEAD’ CAMPAIGN
The US firm asked us to find a way to embed leadership at the very heart of the firm, in everyone from senior leaders to new recruits. Our response was to stay well clear of any generic statements about leadership which would be sure to do nothing but get eyes rolling. Instead we went out on ground around the US to find the most inspiring stories of young Deloitte people who had exceptional personal stories of leadership, and made highly engaging short films to share widely around the firm. The authenticity and warmth of these true stories has been a huge success, and made our protagonists into Deloitte celebrities.
